AAHAR 2026: A Resounding Success – Celebrating Excellence in Display

New Delhi : One  of  the  premier   trade  show   in  Asia- region  on   food  and  hospitality sectors  , the  40th  edition of Aahar  concluded  with  a successful  note in  terms  of  providing a  powerful  fillip  to  brand  promotion ,   business generation,   match – making, buyer – seller  meetings  and  industry  networking  sessions. After drawing over 1.25 lakh , a record number of exhibitors and business visitors from India and abroad, the premier specialized event of the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India and India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) and apex food and hospitality bodies, AAHAR 2026 concluded on a successful note at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, on  March 14, 2026

Surpassing previous records, the event registered an impressive increase in space booking and visitor response, reaffirming its position as one of Asia’s leading B2B events for the food and hospitality industry. The  next  edition  of Aahar  will be  hosted  from  March 02 to 06,2027 at  Bharat  Mandapam, New Delhi .

Complimenting the Award winners, Amb Shri. Jawed Ashraf (IFS Retd.), Chairman, ITPO  hoped  that  the   next  edition  of  the Aahar   would  be  organised  with  enhanced  scale  and  stature  as   the  second  phase  of  the  redevelopment  plan of    Bharat   Mandapam  which is  commencing  soon. He  pointed  out  that  this  year, Italy  participated  as  the  Partner  Country, Aahar 2027  would   witness  more  countries   with   the  status. Mobile  app  of  the  fair  has  remained  extremely   meaningful for  convenience  of  the  visitors  registering  over  17000 download and 2800  business  meetings. He presented the Awards for Excellence in Display in various categories.H.H. Kenneth Félix Haczynski da Nóbrega, Ambassador of Brazil in New Delhi also addressed the gathering on this occasion.

The Gold Medal was presented to Italy.

Processed Food & Beverages Products (Foreign)

Apex Brasil won the Gold Medal, Australian Trade and Investment Commission received the Silver Medal, while Origin Gourmet Co. Ltd., South Korea (Good Seol) bagged the Bronze Medal.

 F&B Equipment (Foreign)

The Gold Medal was awarded to UNOX, Italy, and the Silver Medal to Winterhalter Gastronom GmbH, Germany, and the Bronze Medal to Hoshizaki Corporation, Japan.

F&B Equipment (Domestic)

Mittal Electronics (Sujata) won the Gold Medal, Girnar Machine Private Limited received the Silver Medal, while International Equipment Co. bagged the Bronze Medal.

Special Appreciation was awarded to Simran Worldwide (Coffee.Plus).

Hospitality & Decor Solutions

The Gold Medal was awarded to Sourcerite Interior Design & Hotel Supplies, the Silver Medal to Hind Metal Industries, and the Bronze Medal to Clay Craft India Ltd.

Allied Sectors

Schick Wheel won the Gold Medal, Brainadz received the Silver Medal, and Paramount Industries bagged the Bronze Medal.

Processed Food & Beverages Products (Domestic)

Jivo Wellness Pvt. Ltd. won the Gold Medal, Farmton Foods Private Limited received the Silver Medal, while Symega Food Ingredients Ltd. bagged the Bronze Medal.

Special Appreciation was awarded to VRB Consumers Products Pvt. Ltd. (Veeba).

Dairy / Bakery / Confectionery

Nestlé India Limited won the Gold Medal; S S Food Industries (Bonn) received the Silver Medal, while Shineroad Foods India Pvt. Ltd. bagged the Bronze Medal.

Special Appreciation was awarded to Candy Toy Corporate (Hoppin).

Spices / Agri Products

The Gold Medal was awarded to the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, the Silver Medal to Cargill India Pvt. Ltd., and the Bronze Medal to Ashapura Agrocomm Private Limited.

Central Ministries / Government Departments / State Governments / Commodity Boards

The Gold Medal was awarded to the Government of Meghalaya (Meghalayan Age Limited), the Silver Medal to the Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), and the Bronze Medal to the Trade Fair Authority of Haryana (Government of Haryana).

Present on the occasion were senior officials of ITPO, representatives of diplomatic missions, exhibitors, industry leaders, and media persons.

AAHAR (March 10–14, 2026) was organised by ITPO in collaboration with the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, along with leading industry associations including APEDA, AIFPA, ARCHII, FAIC, FHSAI, FIFHI, FIFI, FIWA, HOTREMAI, ICMA, KREMAG, PBFIA and CIFT.
